Though we have trips to Maldives every month but between January to June every month  is that epic time of the year when we get to meet our favourite fish in the whole world!

This is not just a fish, this is the BIGGEST FISH IN THE WORLD aka The Whale shark!

 Just to lend some perspective,  the whale shark grows all the way to 60 feet long (that’s a 6 storey building!!) and looks like a trippy alien being straight out of Avataar with all those trippy markings on its body!

It is not just the biggest but also the most harmless gentle, peaceful and friendly fish in the world and eats plankton, not human beings 🙂

We have been organizing these group trips to Snorkelling / Scuba diving in Maldives every month since 2015 and the whale shark is still the most exciting thing to happen to any scuba diver or snorkeller in the water anywhere in the world!

Most scuba divers go without seeing a whale shark in their lives but we are taking you to THE PLACE in the world where these Big Boys are seen almost every day during the October to June period!

What’s the weather like between January to June ?

It’s sunny and warm but not unbearably hot or anything. The best kind of weather for scuba diving because the waters are crystal clear mostly and just waiting for you to dive into them and explore the wonders of the ocean.

This is the perfect time to be in these tropical waters and get a rare chance to see the biggest fish in the world in the flesh!!

As mentioned earlier, the best part is that this trip to go snorkelling / Scuba diving in Maldives is not just for experienced Scuba Divers but is also open to complete beginners. For those who want to learn Scuba Diving and finish their Beginner’s 4 Day PADI Open Water  License Course.

And the ones who have already finished their 4 Day PADI Open Water Course, can come along and finish your Advanced Open Water Course during this trip.

And if you cant’s swim or don’t want to do a full  PADI Open Water scuba diving License course, then you can just choose our Short trip package option while booking your spot  in which you will go snorkelling with whale sharks and manta rays and also get a small glimpse of what scuba diving is like by doing one introductory “Discover Scuba dive” assisted by an instructor.

Cancellation Policy:

1)The INR 5000 per person deposit you will pay now to reserve your spot is fully refundable back to your account for the next 7 days anyway if you change your mind. In fact even after 7 days, this deposit is refundable as credit on any BEEP Trip in the future with no expiry!

So it’s absolutely safe.

2) Let’s say it’s closer to trip dates now and you need to cancel due to an emergency:

a) Anytime up to 30 days prior to Trip start dates:

60 percent of the total Trip Price will be refunded to your account immediately so that you don’t have to worry about having blocked a large amount of money with us.Only the remainder 40 percent of the total trip price (which would have been paid out by us to our vendors by then to organize the event and we don’t want them to lose any money either) would stay on hold and you will be able to use that remaining deposit money paid to us as credit on this trip next time or any BEEP trip in the future with no expiry.

So you won’t lose any money at all just in case there is any uncertainty, it’s completely risk free.

b)If you need to cancel in the last 30 days before the trip start dates for any reason, we will deal with this on a case to case basis as fairly as possible and reduce any losses to the very minimum for you and rule in Point 2a above will apply to the rest.
