Fights and Visa:
Flights to Tokyo are cheaper than usual for September currently. The best flight from India in terms of price and time together seems to be the Air India direct flight from Delhi. If you are from another city, book a separate flight to Delhi and then book this direct flight on Air India from Delhi to Tokyo Nareda Airport.
Feel free to do your own research though.
Japan visa is very cheap, quick and simple to acquire.
Weather:
The water temperature is over 25 degrees celsius so you will be provided with a 5 mm wetsuit and the air temperature is around 30 degrees celsius.

Cancellation Policy:
1)The INR 5000 per person deposit you will pay now to reserve your spot is fully refundable back to your account for the next 7 days anyway if you change your mind. In fact even after 7 days, this deposit is refundable as credit on any BEEP Trip in the future with no expiry!
So it’s absolutely safe.
2) Let’s say it’s closer to trip dates now and you need to cancel due to an emergency:
a) Anytime up to 60 days prior to Trip start dates:
60 percent of the total Trip Price will be refunded to your account immediately so that you don’t have to worry about having blocked a large amount of money with us.Only the remainder 40 percent of the total trip price (which would have been paid out by us to our vendors by then to organize the event and we don’t want them to lose any money either) would stay on hold and you will be able to use that remaining deposit money paid to us as credit on this trip next time or any BEEP trip in the future with no expiry.
So you won’t lose any money at all just in case there is any uncertainty, it’s completely risk free.
b)If you need to cancel in the last 60 days before the trip start dates for any reason, we will deal with this on a case to case basis as fairly as possible and reduce any losses to the very minimum for you and rule in Point 2a above will apply to the rest.

We are a small boutique travel company not some evil giant tech corporation dealing with millions of people and frankly we do pretty well for ourselves just selling our awesome trips 🙂
We are asking you to tell us your age and your city so we can understand who our potential customers are and where they come from so we can more efficiently target our advertising spends to relevant people, considering we don’t have the “millions of dollars” to spend.
We are asking for your phone number and email purely so we can send you the trip details on email and whatsapp so that you have a record of it incase you saw our trip ad post online while having your 5th drink or doing a million other things and forgot about it 15 minutes later.
Our automated system will follow up with you 5 days after the initial email and if you don’t respond, we wont bother you again.
